How It Works
Step 1 - Free Career Consult. We'll meet with you on Zoom for 20 minutes to learn more about your UX experience and the type of jobs you want.
Step 2 - After that meeting, we'll review our proprietary internal UX job board and come up with a strategy to get you interviews for the type of UX positions you want.
Step 3 - Free Career Upgrade Strategy Session. We'll meet with you for 40 minutes on Zoom to cover our detailed strategy to get you interviews for the type of role you want.
Step 4 - If you want our help implementing the UX Career Upgrade Strategy, we'll start by doing a Done-For-You update of your Linkedin profile and resume (if deemed necessary) and give you instructions on how to improve your UX portfolio (if deemed necessary).
Step 5 - Once we deem your Linkedin profile, resume, and UX portfolio as "ready to apply", we get to work on applying to jobs for you, setting up your networking conversations and setting up your interviews.
Step 6 - You review interview and networking opportunities as they come through. You can attend the interviews and networking conversations that you want and cancel the ones you don't.
Step 7 - Once interviews start coming through, we send you an 'interview prep kit' for each interview you accept and we train you on how to ace each step of the UX interview process and help you practice via mock interviews with our team.
Step 8 - Once an acceptable offer comes through, we'll help you negotiate the benefits and compensation if you'd like some help.
